Full45 (paid gym program)

Over the years, I’ve learned that following a training program leads to more consistency and faster results than winging it at the gym. However, most busy people don’t have the time or desire to write their own training programs.

That’s why I put together Full45. This done-for-you training program features three months of twice weekly workouts you can complete in 45 minutes or less.
