5 Fat Loss Mistakes

Are you struggling to lose weight and keep it off despite your best efforts? Join me in a free webinar to learn how to avoid the common dieting mistakes that are standing in your way.

It’s so frustrating to feel like you’re working extremely hard to lose weight with little to show for it.

You’ve had to drag yourself out of bed in the morning to squeeze in workouts before logging into work, or you’ve forced yourself to exercise at the end of long and stressful days.

You’ve turned down virtual happy hours, eaten fewer sweets, and ordered a lot less takeout than usual.

Perhaps you’ve even gone all-in on the keto diet or started a Whole30, hoping that a more restrictive plan will make up for your challenges with willpower.

It takes energy and effort to make all these changes. You quickly start to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and deprived. You’re confused when your weight doesn’t budge, and you may even grow resentful of others who seem to have an easier time.

Eventually, you may get so fed up with this stalemate that you give up and throw in the towel.

“Maybe I’m just not cut out for this,” you think sadly. “I’ll never be able to do what I need to do to lose this weight.”

Over my last 7+ years working in the fitness industry, I’ve seen countless clients, friends, and acquaintances get stuck in this trap.

Some people lose and regain the same 10-30lbs over and over. They enjoy short-term success and feel good for a while. Sadly, once they hit their goal or life gets in the way, they go back to their old ways and gain back everything they lost (and then some).

Others never lose any weight at all, despite seemingly always being on a diet!

Most of these people repeat this cycle for years, without stopping to take an honest look at their approach to figure out what’s standing in their way.

I’ve spent thousands of hours coaching hundreds of clients in person and online. I’m fascinated by the fat loss process and I love studying successful people to figure out what sets them apart from everybody else.

I’ve discovered that most people who struggle to lose weight are making one or more of the same five key mistakes.

In my “5 Fat Loss Mistakes” webinar, I will share all five mistakes and show you how to stop making them with practical action steps you can use right away.

I created this free webinar to give you clarity on why you’re stuck and show you what to do about it, so you can stop spinning your wheels and finally build a lean, fit body for life.

Why should you listen to me?

Many trainers have always been athletic and fit. Not me. I struggled with my weight for many years before I was finally able to get in shape.

I know what it’s like to feel hopeless, frustrated, and confused – or to worry that you’ll never be able to figure out the mystery of dieting.

2011 vs 2020

My personal fitness journey began in 2011 when, during a routine check up, my doctor informed me that I was prediabtic. I was scared and knew I needed to make big changes to avoid a lifetime of illness.

However, this was not the first time I tried to lose weight. I knew for years that I wanted to change, but I didn’t know how. Without a concrete plan, I struggled to find my way.

Around the same time as my fateful appointment, I happened to discover a food blogger who had successfully lost a lot of weight. She laid out the steps she took to achieve her goals and for whatever reason, in that moment they clicked for me.

Losing weight always seemed like a mystical process beyond my grasp. Now, for the first time, I saw a clear path from where I was to where I wanted to go. All I had to do was get started, keep showing up, and patiently trust the process.

Along the way, I learned a ton about what it takes to lose weight and keep it off. Now, nearly ten years after the start of my journey, I’ve maintained a 70lb weight loss and completely transformed everything about my life.

My coaching mission is to help stressed, busy millennials lose weight and get strong without fad diets or gimmicks. I want to help others avoid my mistakes and experience the same kind of life-changing success that I’ve enjoyed.

I want to be the person who gives you your dieting aha moment, much like that blogger did for me nearly ten years ago.

I am not some social media influencer or network marketer who just started coaching a few months ago; I have more than seven years of in-the-trenches, real world experience in the fitness industry. I’ve spent thousands of hours coaching clients both in person and online. I know what works, and I have the tools to help you get to where you want to go.
